Taking place on Mondays between January and June, each session will have a different focus, covering aspects of technique and new repertoire suggestions as well as an in-depth look at some pieces everyone loves. There will also be a chance to raise any issues at the end of each workshop.
The workshops last 45 minutes and cost £6.00. They are pay-as-you-go and the Zoom code will be sent out the previous evening.

Book now at: https://www.justflutes.com/workshops/
Just Flutes will be giving 10% discount on all music covered in the workshops to each participant.
During the current crisis these courses are not able to run as normal and are being run as above.
Join Chris Hankin for a relaxed day of flute playing at Europe's most illustrious flute shop!
We have tailored this informal event specifically for the adult flute player, with:
All standards welcome - numbers are limited to 12 so early booking is recommended.
Just Flutes will be open especially for you! So you could try out a new instrument or simply browse the best flute music catalogue in the country – the choice is yours!
You will be able to improve your flute playing and enjoy making music in the company of like-minded people. It's a great way to spend a Sunday so do join us. We guarantee you a very warm welcome!
Our day will start with a warm up session before we tackle a piece for flute ensemble. There will be opportunities to have a go at the larger instruments (alto, bass, contra!) if you feel adventurous!
At this point you have a choice:
We're based in the Restaurant Quarter of Croydon so there's plenty of choice. Or, make the most of the relaxed atmosphere in a shop open only for you!
We'll revisit the morning's flute ensemble repertoire.
The programme will consist of any solo pieces that you might like to play, any chamber music rehearsed during the day, and will end with our big flute choir piece. If you would like to bring along friends or family they would be most welcome. Participation is purely voluntary and it will be a really informal affair. It's a great opportunity though – and you will be playing to the friendliest and most supportive audience ever!
And finally…
We will send music in advance to anyone who would like it - please just contact us with your approximate standard so we can send you an appropriate part. Chris's aim is to help everyone improve during the day, so if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
